Client:    Corporate Trustee 

 

ESILAB was engaged by a Corporate Trustee to process approximately 15,000 loan approval reports generated by a mortgage automatic underwriting system ("AUS"). Unstructured text files were automatically converted into a structured XML format prior to ingestion into a database which tracked the evolution of a document from version to version at an extremely granular level. This capability was facilitated by the application of machine learning technology to generate document heat maps and text comparison analytics which ultimately helped the client to determine whether or not AUS operators were manipulating input variables so as to achieve a favorable AUS decision.
